SALMIYA PARK This competition winning design was commissioned by Kuwait Commercial Markets Complex Company for it a build-operate-transfer bid for PAAF. Gulf COnsult undertook the concept design of all recreational, landscape and engineerng elements. Architectural concept by Dino Georgio.
A large barren area of Salmiya will be transformed into a lush, 'green' family park, offering a wide range of passive and active recreational activities, cultural events and educational opportunities.

Public leisure/recreational/park facilities of 325,400 sq.m area including 32,540 sq.m for commercial use.

• Maintenence Building.
• Car Parking Spaces for 1,450 cars.
10% of the site is designated for commercial uses, principally taking the form of one major shopping mall.
